Before purchasing the iPresta TA services, please read their terms and conditions carefully:

• By purchasing this service, you'll receive PrestaShop services as much as your purchased coupons maximumly. The amount of coupons used for your service is calculated based on your technical request type (normal, expertize, in-depth) and the time consumed for it. Your unused coupons will be saved into your account.
• If you purchase more coupons at once you'll get more discount on total amount (check this list) and you can save your unused coupons for future and when you have coupons in your account you'll speed up the response time for your future requests in ticket system.
• The iPresta, as a profession PrestaShop development team, assures you that we'll calculate the amount of used coupons by keeping our professional behaviour and trustworthy and we respect and defend our customers rights.
• For any issues that needs file/folder modifications, we'll need at least an FTP account (or host account) with desired privileges.
• For fixing database (DB) issues, we need access to your host and DB.
