iPresta Terms & Conditions

Pay attention to Terms & Conditions 

The terms and conditions of using iPresta products and services and its partners are completely mentioned here. Purchasing any product or service from iPresta is considered as your agreement with these rules, terms and conditions of use. 

To assure that everyone has the opportunity to read and accept the terms & conditions, the system will ask you to confirm you’ve read and accept the terms and conditions of this page before any purchase. 

The iPresta team works under international copyright laws, please report any copyright abuse of iPresta products and services asap. 

All information of our users and/or customers such as usernames, passwords, emails, addresses, names, orders, domains, hosts, FTPs, and other private info are considered as classified data. The iPresta will NOT share/sell/show these data to any 3rd party person, team, or company without their permit. We’ll share them only for iPresta’s internal team and if it’s needed to share them with 3rd party persons, we’ll ask for your confirmation on that. 

The iPresta terms and conditions might be changed during different time periods. Until you keep using iPresta products and services, it’s considered as your agreement with current terms and conditions. We’ll try to inform our customers whenever we update this page, but it’s NOT a must-to-do situation. 

 

General Rules of iPresta – Applied on all products and services 

  1. The iPresta only provide products and services for PrestaShop e-Commerce solution. We do NOT provide any products and services for any other e-Commerce solutions and/or CMS scripts. 

  1. The iPresta only provide services for the customers using official PrestaShop stable versions downloaded from official PrestaShop.com website. We do NOT provide any support for our products on any unofficial or unstable (alpha, beta, RC) PrestaShop versions, neither we provide any professional services on those versions as well. So, if you purchase any product and services, please make sure using official stable version of PrestaShop or we might not be able to make refund in that situation. 

  1. If you’re using unofficial or unstable PrestaShop versions and you consist on using iPresta products and services, you can contact iPresta before making any purchase to check the possibility of converting/upgrading your unofficial/unstable version to latest official stable version of PrestaShop. This may cost a fee of services for you in this situation. 

  1. The iPresta team will NOT provide any support on shops using hacked/nulled/without-license modules and themes from any team. We respect copyright, we respect the time and effort each team/person put on providing modules and themes, we respect copyright laws to support the developers’ community and helping them to keep up their great work. We also expect others to respect our copyright laws and rules. 

  1. Every single product of the iPresta team has its own license and you’re allowed to use it only on one domain. There is no limit to number of subdomains or subcategories of the main domain you purchased our products for it (for instance if you buy a product for domin.com you can use it on subdomain.domain.com or domain.com/subcategory as well). 

  1. You are not allowed to copy/sell/resell/null/hack any part of the iPresta team products. If so, we have the right to stop supporting our products on your shop, remove your license, and/or start the legal process by our lawyers to stop the situation by law enforce. 

  1. Each product has its own period of free support and updates. There is no need to rebuy/renew your license after those periods. Only if you need to receive support and/or updates, you can renew them. Your product will work regardless of the time period of your support and updates for that product. 

  1. Renewing updates and supports are NOT free. You can renew them by paying 30% of the current price of that product (contact iPresta support via ticket system). 

  1. All paid modules and themes of iPresta include 6 months of free support and 1 year of receiving free updates until there is another support/update period mentioned inside its product page. 

  1.  The free support of products are only LIMITED to that product during its support period. The PrestaShop itself is a free and open source software and soling the bugs and issues of PrestaShop core might not be free.

  2. Detecting the issue that are not related to your bought product (your issue remains even if the product is disabled) is onto iPresta technical experts.
  3. Removing iPresta products copyright will avoid the product's guaranty, support, and the updates as well.
  4. The iPresta products only works on PrestaShop versions mentioned on their product page. If you try to buy and install our products on different versions which are not mentioned, the iPresta team will not be responsible for it. The product might not work/install on those versions properly.
  5. The "Ticket System" is designed to provide you a standard zone for your support and other request. You can always contact iPresta team via "Ticket System". We do NOT provide support in any other way such as email, phone, online chat, ...
  6. The support team will be off during the official holidays.
  7. Due to high number of tickets and requests, our commitment to answer your tickets are 48 working hours max. We do our best to answer your tickets as fast as possible. If you did not receive any response in 48 hours, you can contact the "Online Chat" agent.
  8. During the support process, we may need your access data (host, back-office, FTP, ...). The iPresta technical team are chosen carefully. Sharing your info with iPresta means you have trusted iPresta.
  9. You are responsible to create backup before any request, sending any ticket, and/or installing/upgrading any theme or module, otherwise iPresta is NOT responsible for any data loss, no excuse will be accepted in this situation.
  10. You can ask iPresta to create backup for you if you and your host support cannot do that.
  11. The free products do NOT have any free support or guaranty of working. If you ask for support on free products in ticket system, the iPresta team might quote a price for that.
  12. Any contact solution rather than "Ticket System" such as email, phone, live chat, ... are designed to answer your pre-sale questions, business matters, partnerships, reports, ... . We do NOT provide support via those solutions.
  13. The iPresta products are divided into 2 parts:
    A) The free products, which can be downloaded via iPresta website on their page or inside your account.
    B) The paid products, which can be downloaded immediately via your account after placing your order and confirmation of your payment (by system automatically).
  14. The support and updates of a product is only LIMITED to the domain address you provide during the purchase process on iPresta website for that product. After purchasing, it's NOT free to change the license's domain:
    A) First time domain change costs 30% of current product price.
    B) Second time domain change costs 50% of current product price.
    * In order to change license's domain, the product MUST BE DELETED from your previous domain by iPresta experts, then the new license will be set for your new domain.
  15. All paid products of iPresta contain a specific period for receiving updates, but, iPresta is NOT responsible to install those updates for you freely. You can install updates by yourself without any costs, but installing them by iPresta experts might have a little cost.
  16. The iPresta products work on PrestaShop versions mentioned on product page, but, iPresta is NOT responsible to make their products compatible with all new PrestaShop versions. Although we try our best to always keep our modules compatible with newer versions.
  17. The buyer (customer's email address) is considered as the owner of bought product for the domain address set on the process. It's NOT possible to provide support, answer requests, and/or transfer license if you are NOT the customer who bought the product, even if you're the owner of that shop/domain and/or you have paid someone else to buy it for you.
  18. We suggest you to use an internal email address (E.g: [email protected]) to create your account on iPresta, if you plan to ask someone else or your employee is going to purchase products from iPresta for your shop. In that situation even if that person leaves you, you can always access your supports and requests. Otherwise, iPresta will NOT be responsible for issues you may have with that person in future.
  19. All iPresta products including free and paid ones, modules and themes, are NOT compatible with "Multi-Shop" feature of PrestaShop unless it's mentioned on product page that it is compatible with it.
  20. All iPresta modules' UIs (User Interfaces) are designed based on PrestaShop default theme and their demos also are made on PrestaShop default theme. If you install them on another theme, it might need customizations to make it compatible with your theme. This may cost a fee for you.
  21. Please note that any insult or offensive talk to iPresta experts will take you to the "Black-List" which means we will NOT provide you supports anymore.

Theme rules and conditions

  1. Theme support includes fixing the theme bugs and issues and answering your questions regarding the theme configurations and functionalities and receiving updates during the update period. The theme must work exactly as same as its online demos and descriptions.
  2. Themes have copyright link, logo and text of iPresta as designer inside their footer section. During the support period of your theme, its necessary to keep the copyright in footer, otherwise your theme support will be avoided. After the free support period of your theme is finished, you're able to remove the copyrights.
  3. If you need to remove the copyrights during your free support, it can be done by iPresta experts with a specific cost. You can send a ticket regarding this matter.
  4. Every iPresta theme includes documentations for their installation and configuration. It is very easy to install themes by yourself without any extra cost.
  5. If you do not wish to install and configure the purchased theme yourself, you can ask iPresta experts to do it for you. Every theme has a ONE-TIME-FREE installation and configuration by iPresta experts after purchase. It may take between 24 to 48 hours to process your request after sending a ticket to us. Next times installations by iPresta experts may cost a fee to you, but, its always free for you to install, configure, and upgrade it by yourself.
  6. The ONE-TIME-Free theme installation does NOT include PrestaShop installation. You need to install PrestaShop by yourself or purchase the "PrestaShop installation service".
  7. Theme free support does NOT include customizations, adding and/or modifying features and asking for these customizations should be reviewed by iPresta team and quote the price for that.
  8. Theme support does NOT include making your theme compatible with new PrestaShop versions.
  9. Making any customization/modifications to the theme source files such as PHP, TPL, JS, CSS, ... by your self will void your theme guaranty. If you need any customizations/modifications, please let the iPresta team know by ticket system.
  10. Making other modules compatible with your theme is NOT included in free theme support. If you ask so, iPresta may charge you a fee for that.
  11. In all situations, it's the iPresta's duty to define if your request is included in your free support or not, although you can always ask them for the details of their detection.
  12. Replacing iPresta theme with other themes by iPresta (theme X to theme Y which are both designed by iPresta) is possible with specific situation, but both themes MUST be for the same domain name and you can NOT ask for replacing your theme with another one for a new domain.
  13. Any copyright removals/modifications of your theme by yourself or other 3rd parties will be void your guaranty.

Modules rules and conditions

  1. Module support includes fixing module's issues, bugs and making sure it works fine on your shop as same as what it is described in their description and demos and receiving updates during the update period.
  2. All modules have guaranty of working properly but their UIs (User Interfaces) are designed based on default PrestaShop theme. Asking for making your module compatible with your theme may charge you a fee of customization.
  3. Modules free support does NOT include adding new features to them. You can send your request via ticket system to estimate the fee and time for it.
  4. Modules only work properly on PrestaShop versions mentioned on their product page, iPresta is NOT responsible for modules issues on other PrestaShop versions.
  5. You can send your suggestions for new features and/or modifications to improve the features by ticket system to be reviewed by iPresta and include theme in new updates if possible.
  6. In all situations, it's the iPresta's duty to define if your request is included in your free support or not, although you can always ask them for the details of their detection.

Services rules and term

  1. Professional and technical PrestaShop services by iPresta are the services provide to you based on your requests and needs for the agreed time and fee.
  2. The iPresta team contains the most experienced and professional PrestaShop experts chosen carefully to guaranty you a high quality PrestaShop service.
  3. The fee of providing services is estimated and variant based on request and needs and iPresta is free define the cost of that service.
  4. Providing services might be failed in some situations such as low quality hosts, server configurations, ... which iPresta expert don't have access to fix. In those situations, iPresta may provide you a solution (E.g: the configurations need to be enabled/disabled by you host support, ...etc), but you can NOT ask for the refund unless the iPresta experts confirm the refund request.

Refund rules and terms

  1. Refund requests for digital goods and services are ONLY applicable if the product does NOT work properly based on its description or demos.
  2. Based on refund rule 1, it's NOT possible to ask for refund if you don't like the product you purchased. Please look and analyze the descriptions, images, videos, and demos of products CAREFULLY before making your purchase, otherwise iPresta is NOT responsible for the refund requests.
  3. In case that purchased product does NOT work properly based on descriptions and demos and iPresta experts are NOT able to fix it for you, you can ask for refund request with iPresta confirmation.
  4. Refund requests in situations that the issues are caused by somewhere out of iPresta products handle such as server configurations needed for PrestaShop, files/folders permissions, necessary functions such as mb_string, allow_url_fopen, max_input_vars, max_execution_time, memory_limit and all other functions and extensions or issues caused by 3rd party caches such as LiteSpeed caches and cache modules will NOT be accepted.
